Erick’s experience is comprised of multiple disciplines specializing in estimate writing and project management of commercial buildings, multi-family buildings and residential restoration. Furthermore, he specializes in taking a unique, mitigation-focused approach to large projects to help minimize exposure.
Erick has estimated, performed mitigation/remediation and managed building restoration for large loss catastrophes throughout the Upper Midwest including memory care facilities, public schools, government buildings, multifamily buildings and residential properties impacted by fire, water, storm damage, and mold.
