With over 400 curtain wall panels that suffered catastrophic wind damage, the building’s offices and suites required our team of 20+ consultants to assess and estimate damages to a 43-story office tower valued over $10M. Due to damaged interior finishes, including several floors of granite and marble wall and floor restoration, Marshall created oversight of scheduling for mitigation, restoration, and construction crews through completion of project.

Marshall worked with residential committee HOA to assess and estimate tornado damage, valued at $3M+, with extensive damage sustained to 46 multi-family housing structures. Each of those buildings included 4-5 two-story units needed extensive interior repairs along with roof damage. Using MEWP as well as engineer and roofing crews, our team worked closely to mitigate safety and environmental concerns while inspecting 46 roofs. This first-hand research led to replacing.

At 90% completion, this builders’ risk policy required an inspection and estimated damages to a 250,000 sq.ft. warehouse, which sustained substantial wind damage due to Hurricane Ian. Valued at $2.5M, damages included exterior, roof, HVAC, and interior finishes. Environmental impacts of the project also included erosion control due to earth movement and retention pond remediation. Marshall was responsible for oversight of several crews including mitigation and construction through project completion.
