  Organized and tracked daily inspection teams/locations while providing daily progress reports to the client. Reviewed all inspection photos and field notes, created  rough order of magnitude and repair estimates for each location in addition to providing a comprehensive loss analysis with summary. Valued at $5M.                  

• Hurricane Ida, United Methodist Church - 2021

  Work with mitigation company and assist in determining extent of damage. Catalog and review all inspection photos and field notes, create scope of repairs, review mitigation company moisture mapping, invoicing and daily reports in addition to all sub-contractor invoices and proposals. Determine rough order of magnitude, write repair estimate and comprehensive loss analysis with summary for all locations. Valued at $2.7M.

• Hurricane Ida, St Johns Parish - 2021

  Create project budget, lead team of consultants to inspect all 180 structures within the municipality for hurricane damage. Cataloged and reviewed all inspection photos and field notes, created repair estimates for each location, create rough order of magnitude and comprehensive loss analysis with summary. Valued at $6.2M.

• Aimbridge Hospitality, Texas, Freeze- 2021

  Create project budget, conduct site inspections for 18 hotels throughout Houston, San Antonio and Austin. Obtain all loss-related documentation from hotel management including any repair invoices, proposals, loss photos. Document all loss-related damage, determine rough order of magnitude, write repair estimates and comprehensive loss analysis with summary for all locations. Valued at $2.8M. 

• Baton Rouge, LA, Freeze - 2020

  Create project budget, conduct site inspection, document all mitigation efforts, equipment and loss-related damage to property. Conduct moisture mapping, create rough order of magnitude and scope of repairs, review mitigation company invoicing and daily reports in addition to all sub-contractor invoices and proposals. Valued at $3.5M.

• Dallas, TX, Tornado - 2019

  Assisted with conducting valuations and rough order of magnitudes. Conducted building repair cost and comparison analysis, reviewed sub-contractor proposals and reviewed inspection documentation. Valued at $58M.
