Asheiki Preston has over 21 years of experience in the insurance restoration industry. He has estimated and managed numerous projects, including Assisted Living, Residential, Multi-Family, Municipalities, and Commercial Buildings resulting from Smoke, Fire, Water, Mold, and Wind damage.

Asheiki started in the industry in 1997, handling day to day operations and estimating on insurance program losses for All-Pro Services Inc. In 2006, Asheiki moved on to work for Belfor Property Restoration in Kansas City, KS. Roles included account management, sales, estimating, and loss management. He was responsible for acquiring and signing three local accounts as ‘Red Alert Clients’ for Belfor, including The City of Kansas City of Missouri in 2014, Kansas State University Libraries in 2015, and The University of Kansas in 2016. He also made several verbal loss agreements with regional property managers, local managers, and brokers via digital communication following losses.

In April 2018, Asheiki joined the RMC Group as a building consultant, bringing years of experience with him. He has since consulted on several residential and commercial roof claims, water damages, and fire damages. Asheiki consulted in Florida following Hurricane Irma and North Carolina following Hurricane Florence, providing storm damage loss assessments at an apartment complex and a commercial high rise.

    Provided consulting services for numerous structures during the hyperactive 2020 storm season, including response following hurricanes Laura, Sally, Delta and Zeta in the Gulf of Mexico. Consulted on Condominiums, Mobile Home Parks, Apartment Complexes from east Texas, Louisiana, Alabama, Mississippi, and Florida.
