• City of Cleveland, Cleveland, MS - Municipal

  Consulted and assessed damage on multiple locations for municipality buildings affected by a hail storm. Duties performed include coordinating personnel and schedule for the inspections, and providing a consolidated report and cost analysis. Loss exposure totaled $4.7M.

• Kith Furniture, Haleyville, AL - Manufacturing

  Consulted and assessed damages to a furniture manufacturing company that totaled $7.9M. Provided cost analysis for repairs and identified code upgrades on a property in excess of 400K SF.

• Tailwind Properties, MS, TX, MO, IA - Habitational & Educational

  Consulted and and assessed damage to multiple student housing apartment complexes in four states due to frozen pipes with damage assessed at $5.1M. Developed repair costs and compared those to repair invoices. Mitigation invoices were analyzed and communicated.

• First Baptist Church of Leroy, Leroy, AL - Religious

  Consulted on a $2.9M loss to a church. Damages included two buildings, roof covering, HVAC and building interiors. Duties included rebuilding a structure from ground level and analyzing mitigation estimates.

• Large Multi-Family Complex, Hamilton, KY - Habitational

  Adjusted complex loss to sixty-five unit apartment complex damaged by tornado winds with exposure of $3.8M. All aspects of the loss to include preparing a building repair estimate, BPP inventory and pricing, and business income analysis were created.

• High-End Residential Homes, Dallas, TX - Residential

  Complete adjustment of multiple high end residential homes due to water damage from frozen pipes. Total exposure of all losses exceeded $4.1M. Building repair estimates, content inventory and pricing worksheets, and additional living expenses calculations were generated.

• Large Multi-Family Complex, Columbus, GA - Habitational

  Complete adjustment of thirty unit apartment complex damaged by fire. Building damage exceeded $3M. All aspects of the loss to include preparing a building repair estimate, BPP inventory and pricing, and business income analysis were created.
