Darren Leins is the Director of our North Team and an Executive Building Consultant with diverse experience as a property claims professional, estimator, and project manager in the residential, commercial, and civil construction industries spanning over 23 years. During this career, he has culled a variety of certifications such as Associate in Claims (AIC) and LEED Green Associate to bring specific expertise to his team. While working in these capacities, Darren also finds the capacity to manage our Agriculture team and has managed oversight, and been the lead on, complex, multi-million-dollar property insurance claims. A wealth of expertise is applied to various types of risk compensation including those ranging from damages consistent with wind, water, fire, hail, and builders’ risk losses to commercial, governmental, industrial, and institutional, in addition to multi-family and high-value residential structures.
As a project manager, Darren has directed and managed oversight in all phases of high-profile construction projects, partnering together with parties ranging from private sector clients to governmental entities.
