A complex of 10+ hospital facilities across Maine required inspection, evaluation, and estimate repairs for damages caused by rain, hail, and flooding. To reduce disruption of patient care, Dennis worked closely with teams of industrial hygienists, engineers, and health professionals ensuring accurate budgets and managing schedules for safety protocols and health care implementation.

Coordinated and managed a team of 8 consultants and 8 engineers to complete an inspection of a 1.4M+ SF facility’s interior and exterior for damages related to Hurricane Ian. Oversight of mitigation budgets and schedules along with direct communication provided detailed structural assessments and building repair estimates distinguishing between multiple coverages and possible cause of loss.
