Oversaw teams of environmental hygienists and engineers to manage schedules and rebuild estimates for large commercial properties that included assisted living and medical facilities, as well as high-net-worth homes throughout Texas. Ran quality assurance for all replacement and rebuilding estimates.

Lead Consultant over mitigation and reconstruction of school campus and facilities including stadium and safety lighting, parking areas, concession stands, and landscaping valued at $15M+. Our team worked to reduce student learning interruption by maintaining strictly established construction budgets and implementing expedited repair methods while following state and local authorities’ code for safety and environmental concerns to successfully open for the first day of school.
