For 20 years, Jordan served as a Trainer, Project Manager, Educator, and Professional Development Designer with dozens of school districts throughout Southern California. This experience allowed him to collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and community stakeholders to develop and implement comprehensive professional development programs. By leveraging his expertise in instructional design and his ability to foster meaningful relationships, Jordan successfully facilitated the adoption of evidence-based practices and supported educators, community members, and administration teams in implementing effective curriculum strategies.
