Justin DeShong joined RMC Group as a Building Consultant in 2022. With nearly a decade of restoration industry experience, he has overseen all phases of mitigation, remediation, restoration, and reconstruction projects for both commercial and residential clients.
Prior to joining RMC Group, Justin was a National Mitigation and Project Manager for a Texas-based construction and disaster services firm focused on serving multi-family clients where he built a disaster mitigation division while also managing construction projects ranging from $300,000 to $8,000,000.
Justin is known for strong project management skills, writing detailed repair estimates using Xactimate and other estimating platforms, and maintaining frequent communication with clients throughout all stages of the claims process.
