  Estimated $17 million of damage for 16 single-family residence properties, all total losses. Additionally, assessed and estimated an additional $500k in repairs for 21 HOA bare wall policy claims.

• Santa Rosa, CA - Fire Damage 2023

  Provided comprehensive loss value recommendations for a fire-damaged rectory. Scope included detailed assessments for abatement, pack out, pack back, asbestos abatement, cleaning, and repair processes. Managed project, including persistent monitoring of various phases, ensuring on-time and on-budget completion within reserve recommendations. Reviewed all invoices and coordinated with general contractor to reach agreed repair scope.

• Sacramento, CA - Builder's Risk Fire 2023

  Provided $500k in loss value recommendations for a fire that occurred during renovations to a building in the historic district. 

• Northern California - Wind Events March 2024

  Provided $1.8 million in structural damage assessments and estimates for 11 single-family properties impacted by fallen trees.

• Gardena, CA - Hurricane Hillary 2023

  Assessed $700k in water damage to a builder's risk claim on an elementary school expansion project.

• Port Angeles, WA - Storm Event 2023

  Assessed $300k in water damage and provided detailed mitigation and repair loss value recommendations for a hospital with multiple floors affected by a storm.

• Anaheim, CA - Vehicle Impact 2023

  Assessed $150k in vehicle impact damage and provided detailed property repair estimate for damaged commercial building.
