Mark has over 35 years of experience in the construction industry. After serving in the U.S. Air Force, he started his career as a carpenter’s helper and worked up through the ranks to field superintendent. He acquired a General Contractor’s license in the state of North Carolina where he operated his own contracting company building custom homes and additions for 15 years. Then he went to work for an insurance related restoration company, where he managed a branch office, while performing estimating and project management duties using multiple estimating programs. In addition to his general contractor’s license, Mark holds certifications in water damage restoration, fire and smoke restoration, microbial remediation, and HAAG roofing inspections.

    Water loss impacting seven levels of a large condominium building. Worked with mitigation and repair contractors to reach an agreed upon scope of repair.
  • High Net Worth Property – Rocky Mount, NC

    High net worth property sustained significant damage from a fire. Prepared total rebuild estimate and worked with contractor to reach agreed upon price.
