RMC Group Opens New Office in Columbus

KANSAS CITY, June 21, 2023. RMC Group, a leading provider of property loss estimation and reconstruction consulting services, has opened its newest office in Columbus, Ohio, expanding its presence in the Northeast Region.

The Columbus office is RMC’s 32nd U.S. location to open, furthering the company’s expansion efforts to better serve insurance companies when disaster strikes. Common natural disasters in Ohio include freezing temperatures, flooding, strong winds, hail, and tornadic activity.

“This exciting expansion into the city of Columbus is a favorable move by RMC Group, as it positions consultants in the area to respond to local client needs with increased capacity,” said Bill Sutter, CEO and President of RMC Group. “The more locations we’re in, the more we can help.”

In tandem with the opening of the new Columbus location, RMC Group has hired Todd Menchofer, a construction and restoration estimator with over 13 years of experience effectively managing multiple, high-priority projects. Todd specializes in both commercial and residential structural damage and is known for his exceptional customer service.

“The Columbus office offers a prime and advantageous location to better access new clients and grow the business,” said Darren Leins, Director of the Northeast Region and Executive Building Consultant. “We welcome Todd to our team and look forward to partnering with insurance companies in the area who desire responsiveness and a more efficient process to resolve their claims.”

This Columbus office positions RMC Group to rapidly respond and efficiently assist insurance companies after disasters occur.
